All of our nutrition labels for our standard and alternative diet products are below.
Since we are a small bakery where these products are handmade, expect some degree of variance in the numbers presented above. We generally expect these to be MINIMUMS, not averages.
Additionally, please refer to the definitions below:
- “Vegan” items are dairy free, egg free, meat free, and honey free, and are stored and processed separately from other items in our facility.
- “Gluten Free” items are 100% gluten free, suitable for those with Celiac disease and other gluten allergies and intolerances. They are stored and processed separately from other items in our facility.
- “All Free” items are gluten free, soy free, corn free, and vegan, compliant with the above. They ARE NOT sugar free.
- “Sugar Free” items contain 0 grams of sugar per serving. Our sugar free icings are sweetened with Splenda. “Sugar Free” items are NOT considered “low-calorie.”
WE ARE NOT A NUT-FREE FACILITY. All products we offer may have come into contact with equipment used to process peanuts and/or tree nuts.
