Happy new year!! Welcome to 2024, everyone! Embrace the feeling of new beginnings, fresh slates, and endless possibilities… and while you’re at it, embrace our eight monthly flavors for January too!
To those new to the bakery– firstly, hi!– and secondly, our January flavors are meant to be a collection of the most popular flavors of the previous year. Think of it like a highlight reel, or a “best of.” We’re keeping with that pattern, and what better flavor to start than the flavor y’all personally picked out yourselves, Chocolate Cream Cheese! We also have some summery flavors here too, like Strawberry Crunch and Pineapple Upside Down. Elvis is always a popular January flavor, and so too is Turtle— Turtle is always popular, no matter what month it comes around. And don’t forget Grasshopper, your pick if mint is your kick!
All of these flavors and more are available at our location and on our online store right now! Be sure to walk in and grab them before it’s too late, because these flavors will disappear at the end of the month, and who knows when your favorite will be back…?

Chocolate Cream Cheese

Elvis
In remembrance of Elvis’ birthday, a banana cupcake filled with a peanut butter and bacon mixture, topped with banana buttercream, drizzled with peanut butter ganache and finished with bacon pieces and a dried banana chip.
Grasshopper
A mint Oreo cupcake frosted with mint cream cheese icing then topped with 1/4 of an Oreo cookie.
Pineapple Upside Down
A pineapple cupcake topped and filled with pineapple upside down cake topping and finished with a cherry.
Strawberry Crunch
A poundcake cupcake with strawberry pudding filling, topped with cream cheese icing and finished with a strawberry cookie crumble.
Turtle Cupcake
A chocolate cupcake filled with caramel, iced with chocolate and caramel buttercream, topped with caramel drizzle and a pecan.
Jacob is an IT specialist working for Special Kneads and Treats, Inc. since July 2020. In addition to working on the website, he has also developed internal tools to assist with accounting, sales, shift management, and improving the store atmosphere. If you’ve seen the digital menu hanging behind our registers– that’s this guy’s handiwork.
