Good morning and happy new year, everybody! We hope you had a great holiday season. We sure did, and now that we’ve had our winter rest we’re ready to get back in action baking our delicious sweets!
As is tradition for January, this month features our bestselling flavors from the year we just wrapped up. It shouldn’t be a surprise, then, that fan-favorite Turtle makes an appearance in our catalog this month. For other chocolatey flavors, we also have Hostess with the Mostest, returning from August, and Peanut Butter Oreo, returning from October! If you’d rather enjoy a fruity flavor, we see the return of Lemon Blueberry (April), Banana Pudding (May), Peach Poundcake (July), and Pineapple Upside Down (August)– just for the pinch of summer you might be craving. And don’t forget our other tradition, the banana Elvis cupcake, to celebrate the titular celebrity’s birthday this month!

Banana Pudding

Elvis
In remembrance of Elvis’ birthday, a banana cupcake filled with a peanut butter and bacon mixture, topped with banana buttercream, drizzled with peanut butter ganache and finished with bacon pieces and a dried banana chip.
Peach Poundcake
A peach poundcake cupcake topped with a peach glaze.
Peanut Butter Oreo
A cupcake made with peanut butter Oreos, filled with peanut butter and crushed Oreo cookies, iced in peanut butter and chocolate buttercream, and drizzled with peanut butter before being topped with even more Oreo pieces.
Pineapple Upside Down
A pineapple cupcake topped and filled with pineapple upside down cake topping and finished with a cherry.
Turtle Cupcake
A chocolate cupcake filled with caramel, iced with chocolate and caramel buttercream, topped with caramel drizzle and a pecan.
Jacob is an IT specialist working for Special Kneads and Treats, Inc. since July 2020.
