Good afternoon! How is everyone managing the hottest summer on record? I don’t actually know if it is, but it certainly feels like it. If anyone wants to spend some time in our walk-in freezer, share your details and we can talk! (To be clear, this is a joke, unless you can somehow disguise yourself as a sheet cake and smuggle yourself inside, like the world’s tastiest Trojan horse.)
There’s an exciting event coming up next month that we’re really stoked to tell you about! Recently, we got word that the city of Lawrenceville is hosting its first Cops and Cones Motorcycle Rodeo, and they decided for the event to benefit us! On August 12th (so in just over two weeks) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., you can stop by the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds to watch police officers and civilians alike take on an exhibition course on their motorcycles. Top performers will compete in a speed competition, a slow ride, and a precision course, and no matter who wins, it’ll be an exciting derby for anyone to watch!
Anyone and everyone is invited to come and watch free of charge, but if you’re interested in participating yourself, you can register here. And you can bet we’ll also be there, so stop by and say hello! We hope you come around to watch some awesome motorcycle action. And a big thank you to the city of Lawrenceville for choosing to donate their proceeds to us! We’re honored to have such a great relationship with our community.
Have a great day and stay cool!
